The English Indoor Rowing Championships 2026

WE GO AGAIN.
“There’s nothing like racing in the room".
The English Indoor Rowing Championships are back for 2026
After a fantastic return last year, the English Indoor Rowing Championships are back and entries are now open. English Indoor Rowing Entries
The event will take place at Bolton Arena on Saturday the 5th September 2026, once again running alongside the legendary Rainhill Trials.
If 2025 showed us anything, it is that people want indoor rowing in person.
They want the atmosphere.
They want the camaraderie.
They want to be in the room — pushing themselves alongside others and getting the very best from their performance.
That is what makes this event special.

Athletes from across the UK and beyond will come together to race on Concept2 rowing ergometers, with personal bests, podium places and even world records all on the line.
But beyond the racing, this is about more than results.
It is the buzz of race day.
The encouragement from those around you.
The shared experience of stepping up, giving it everything, and finding out what you can do.
One day. One room. One chance to see what you’re capable of.
Come and be part of it.
